Looking younger and feeling better
  1. Drink lots of water.
  2. Wash makeup off before bed.
  3. Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
  4. Exercise regularly.
  5. Always use sunscreen when outdoors.
  6. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
  7. Cut down on caffeine and alcohol consumption.
  8. Apply moisurizers after a shower.
  9. Cleanse, tone and moisturize your face twice a day.
  10. Exfoliate your skin once a week.
